      My answer will likely not be popular but this is what I learned in my Jewish school. Jews are both an ethnic people and a religious group. In that way our DNA and religion are sort of intertwined. As a real religious Jew, I understand that we were.   Being of Jewish descent doesn’t ensure success, and of course not all Jews are successful. Still, I believe there are three factors at play here that could begin to explain the overrepresentation of Jewish people in high ranking positions: education, community, but most importantly, history. Education is central to Jewish life.

      Read to Succeed is an exciting program that encourages students in grades K through 6 to read for fun. Students who complete six hours of recreational reading earn a free ticket to Six Flags! The program is available to teachers and schools at no cost to participate, and it's a great way to motivate kids to read.
